OBJECTIVE

Under the pressure of declining revenue, margins and market share a leading OEM in Malaysia developed a five year business plan to revamp all the core and enabling business functions.An independent evaluation and detailed execution road map was required for successful implementation.

APPROACH

The team worked to understand the rationale, methodology, hypothesis and assumptions behind each of the key improvement projects across key enabling areas and leverage expert industry knowledge and internal expertise to provide initial feedback on OEM’s business strategy

RESULT

In collaboration with all the major stakeholders, a revised business plan was designed. A clear path was laid out for each element and clear targets and timelines were also set up.
